AINARA Retail Lab: Artificial Intelligence for the Retail of the Future

Summary

This communication presents an innovative pedagogical experience implemented in the Vocational Training of the Commerce and Marketing family, using exclusively the Artificial Intelligence platform AINARA as the core of learning. The project transforms the classroom into a commercial laboratory where students comprehensively design the strategy of a physical and digital business.

Through an active methodology, students interact with AINARA’s AI to solve real challenges: the conceptualization of the buyer persona, the technical and chromatic design of shop windows through prompts engineering, and the creation of transmedia narratives that connect the physical store with the digital environment (signage, scripts for QR codes and customer service).

The results demonstrate that the integration of AINARA in the classroom optimizes teaching efficiency in competency-based assessment and simultaneously democratizes access to technology. Students not only acquire technical marketing skills, but also develop the critical thinking, digital competence and creativity necessary for today’s retail sector, demonstrating that AI is an accessible tool with high pedagogical impact for vocational training without requiring complex infrastructures.
